Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) Get the Ring Swiss Hulahoop Convention
1. Geltungsbereich
Mit dem Kauf eines Tickets für Get the Ring akzeptierst du diese AGB. Es werden maximal 70 Tickets verkauft. Ist der Event ausverkauft, kann man sich auf der Website auf eine Warteliste eintragen.
2. Teilnahme & Haftung
Die Teilnahme erfolgt auf eigenes Risiko. Die Veranstalterinnen übernehmen keine Haftung für Unfälle, Verletzungen oder Schäden, die während, vor oder nach dem Event entstehen. Jede:r Teilnehmer:in ist verpflichtet, eine eigene Unfall- und Reisekrankenversicherung abzuschließen.
3. Fotos, Videos & Social Media
Mit dem Kauf erklärst du dich einverstanden, dass Fotos und Videos, auf denen du möglicherweise zu sehen bist, auf Social Media und auf www.hulahoop.ch zu Werbezwecken veröffentlicht werden. ReCaps & Videos aus Workshops oder der Galashow dürfen nicht online veröffentlicht oder an Dritte weitergegeben werden, außer an andere Teilnehmer:innen oder mit ausdrücklicher Genehmigung der Lehrperson und Veranstalter:innen.
4. Ticketkauf & EU-Widerrufsrecht
Mit dem Kauf eines Tickets wird die Teilnahme sofort aktiviert. EU-Kund:innen (z. B. Deutschland, Österreich) wird ausdrücklich mitgeteilt:
„Mit dem Kauf stimme ich zu, dass meine Teilnahme sofort aktiviert wird und ich daher auf mein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht verzichte.“
Damit erlischt das 14-tägige Widerrufsrecht nach EU-Verbraucherrecht, sobald der Kauf abgeschlossen und die Teilnahme bestätigt wurde.
5. Stornierung / Ticket-Übertragung
Tickets können nur durch die Veranstalter:innen auf eine andere Person übertragen werden:
- Option 1: Eigenständige Suche nach Ersatzperson. Anschließend E-Mail an [email protected] mit Name und Kontaktdaten der neuen Person. Veranstalter:innen übernehmen die Abwicklung.
- Option 2: Wenn eine Warteliste geführt wird, E-Mail an [email protected] senden. Die Veranstalter:innen klären die weitere Vorgehensweise.
Für beide Optionen werden 25% des Ticketpreises für administrative Arbeiten und Gebühren einbehalten. Die restlichen 75% werden erstattet, sobald das Ticket übertragen ist.
6. Rückerstattung bei Absage durch Veranstalter:innen
Im Falle einer Absage des Events durch die Veranstalterinnen (z. B. Krankheit einer Veranstalterin) erhalten Ticketinhaber:innen 80% des Ticketpreises zurück. 20% des Ticketpreises verbleiben bei Get the Ring zur Deckung bereits entstandener administrativer Kosten. Diese Regelung ersetzt frühere, unklare Formulierungen zu „unvorhersehbaren Katastrophen“.
7. Rückerstattung bei Krankheit der Teilnehmer:innen
Bei Vorlage eines ärztlichen Attests kann der Ticketpreis zu 80% erstattet werden.
8. Zahlung
Die Bezahlung der Tickets erfolgt primär per Banküberweisung. Akzeptiert werden Überweisungen innerhalb der Schweiz sowie SEPA-fähige Länder.
Sollte eine Teilnehmer:in keine SEPA-Zahlung tätigen können, soll der Kauf trotzdem über die Website abgeschlossen werden. In diesem Fall muss eine E-Mail an [email protected] gesendet werden, um die Zahlung über Wise zu vereinbaren.
In Ausnahmefällen ist auch eine Zahlung per PayPal möglich, wenn keine der oben genannten Zahlungsmöglichkeiten genutzt werden kann.
Der Ticketkauf gilt erst als abgeschlossen, sobald die Zahlung bei den Veranstalterinnen eingegangen ist.
9. Gerichtsstand & Recht
Diese AGB unterliegen schweizerischem Recht. Streitigkeiten werden von den ordentlichen Gerichten der Schweiz entschieden. Vereinbarter Gerichtsstand ist Bezirksgericht Zürich.

Terms and Conditions (T&C) – Get the Ring Swiss Hulahoop Convention
1. Scope
By purchasing a ticket for Get the Ring, you accept these Terms and Conditions. A maximum of 70 tickets will be sold. If the event is sold out, you can register on the website for the waiting list.
2. Participation & Liability
Participation is at your own risk. The organizers accept no liability for accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during, before, or after the event. Each participant is required to have their own accident and travel health insurance.
3. Photos, Videos & Social Media
By purchasing a ticket, you agree that photos and videos in which you may appear can be published on social media and on www.hulahoop.ch for promotional purposes. ReCaps and videos from workshops or the gala show may not be published online or shared with third parties, except with other participants or with the explicit permission of the instructor and organizers.
4. Ticket Purchase & EU Right of Withdrawal
By purchasing a ticket, your participation is activated immediately. EU customers (e.g., Germany, Austria) are expressly informed:
“By purchasing this ticket, I agree that my participation is activated immediately and that I therefore waive my statutory right of withdrawal.”
This means the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law expires once the purchase is completed and participation is confirmed.
5. Cancellation / Ticket Transfer
Tickets can only be transferred to another person by the organizers:
· Option 1: Find a replacement person yourself. Then send an email to
[email protected] with the name and contact details of the new person. The organizers will handle the transfer.
· Option 2: If a waiting list is maintained, send an email to [email protected]
The organizers will clarify the procedure.
For both options, 25% of the ticket price will be retained for administrative fees and processing costs. The remaining 75% will be refunded once the ticket is successfully transferred.
6. Refund in Case of Event Cancellation by Organizers
If the event is canceled by the organizers (e.g., due to illness of one of the organizers), ticket holders will receive 80% of the ticket price back. 20% of the ticket price remains with Get the Ring to cover administrative costs already incurred. This rule replaces previous, unclear formulations regarding “unforeseeable catastrophes.”
7. Refund in Case of Participant Illness
Upon presentation of a medical certificate, 80% of the ticket price can be refunded.
8. Payment
Payment for tickets is made primarily via bank transfer. Transfers within Switzerland and SEPA-capable countries are accepted.
If a participant cannot make a SEPA payment, the purchase can still be completed via the website. In this case, an email must be sent to [email protected]
to arrange payment via Wise.
In exceptional cases, payment via PayPal is also possible if none of the above options can be used.
The ticket purchase is only considered complete once the payment has been received by the organizers.
9. Jurisdiction & Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Disputes will be settled by the ordinary courts of Switzerland. The agreed jurisdiction is the District Court of Zurich.
